Wonderful Family in Rancho Santa Fe desires Full-Time House Manager/Nanny for their 2 kids
Nice Family in Rancho Santa Fe is looking for a fun and active Household Manager/Estate Manager with 6+ years experience to help with their Home Management mostly and some work with kids Ages are - 12 and 14. They are in school most the day and schedule is in the morning to afternoon.
HOME MANAGEMENT: Must be able to work with family's large estate for management- in travel arrangements and weekly calendar, pet care, organizing and stocking supplies, work with vendors like landscaper/pool/contractors/, manage the mail and pay bills for home, tech savvy for wifi and other controls in home, help with kids doctor appts and transportation, planning and preparing events or parties, handle guest and relatives visits, some meal prep/cooking and laundry.
Requirements: Long Term Nanny/House Assistant -20-30 Hours a week, schedule needed are Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm. Pay is approx. $30-$35/hour.
House Manager/Nanny Duties:
- Hours needed are Monday thru Friday - 8am - 1pm Schedule might vary. Some weekends might be needed as well or date nights.
- Pay: $30-$35/hour. 20-30 Hours and could vary. Guaranteed salary of $45,000/year.
- Some date nights or weekends! Open to travel with family at times.
- MUST LIVE within 20 Min of Rancho Santa Fe area. No relocations.
- 6 + years as a House Manager/Estate Manager: Errands, mail, bills, event/party planning, technical equipment in home, pet care, vendor and contractor management, travel arrangements, car maintenance, cooking/laundry, light cleaning, organizing and stocking supplies.
- Some help with kids for transportation, sports and doctor's appts.
- Will sign an NDA.
- Reliable, professional and open to help with all tasks for the family
- Ok with medium to large dog in home
- CPR Certified
- Covid Vaccination is optional
- Background Checks will be conducted as well as 2-3 References checked
