Job description
This super family are looking for a Nanny to work 3 afternoons a week to help in the care of their 4 year old boy.
The 4 year old boy loves to be outdoors on his scooter, playing lego or at soft play. He is also starting to show a real interest in numbers and letters so someone who is passionate about supporting this interest would be great. He will be starting school in September so if you have experience in preparing a child for school this would be beneficial too. The boy loves his food and enjoys most things.
Your duties will be the school pick up, which is 10 minutes drive so a driver is a must but Mum’s car could be used if necessary. You will be expected to prepare tea and pre plan activities before the school run and on return from school to engage with the boy, take him to the park or just have some chill time if he is tired. There could be the potential for more hours in the school holidays or 2 longer days instead of 3 afternoons but this can be flexible for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have experience of this age be energetic, genuine, upbeat and have a warm nature. This is a sole charge position although Mum does work from home and would expect you to supervise the boy whilst she is working. They also have two dogs so you will need to be comfortable around dogs, no responsibility is required for them.
