JOB CODE: Full-time Montecito Nanny for infant baby boy and toddler girl
MONTECITO, CA – Wonderful family located in Montecito is seeking a FULL-TIME NANNY for their 2 children, ages 4 years old (girl) and baby boys who are 12-weeks old. The schedule is flexible but about 30-40 hours a week, TBD. Hourly rate is between $25-$30/hr, DOE. The Nanny must be covid-19 vaccinated, be able to drive, and be okay with two dogs in the home. The job starts before the baby is born to help with the transition of new changes ahead. Start date is ASAP for the right person.
The ideal Nanny is experienced with infants and toddlers. The job starts out more with the toddler before the baby arrives. So you should be able to help with toddler things like picking up from preschool, taking her to a park or activity, coming home and helping with snacks/meal prep, baths, basically helping to wind down and help around the house cleaning up. The job is mainly with the baby during the day until the toddler gets home from school, so you must be confident handling an infant all day. Having a positive and friendly attitude is important, as well as being professional like being on-time each day, proper household etic and knowing boundaries, helping with household chores and the running of the home, helping to communicate with both parents, and being a fun person in their home who they can rely on.
