Job description
A family in Shadyside is seeking a highly dependable and engaging full-time caregiver for their 11-month-old daughter. The ideal candidate will have prior childcare experience, be an excellent communicator, and be flexible. Sitter must be invested in the couple daugher's growth, upbringing, happiness, and make an effort to help her achieve developmental milestones. The family would like to form a strong bond with caregiver and are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term commitment as their daughter grows. Family requests that the caregiver be fully vaccinated, as health and safety are their top priorities.

Schedule:
Start Date: ASAP or by July 2023
Monday: 6:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am-5:30pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-5:30pm
Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm
Compensation:
20.00-23.00 per hour
Full Time Guaranteed Hours
Two weeks paid vacation if Full Time and Part Time one week PTO
Mileage reimbursement when traveling to activities
Occasional opportunity for overtime
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience with children
Criminal Background Check
Child Abuse Clearance
CPR/First Aid Certification
Valid Driver License
Zero Drug Tolerance
Two verification child references
At least 18 years old
Requirements:
- Oversee the safety and well-being of children
- Adhere to all schedules laid out by Parents, Guardians or Educators
- Provide meals at scheduled times
- Engage children in healthy educational and developmental activities
- Conduct yourself as a person of authority and worth
- If necessary, safely transport children to activities such as sport, art or music classes
- Keep a safe and clean care environment
- Be punctual and on time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
