Job description
The role:
We are looking for an energetic, passionate individual to join our fast-growing and happy team!
This role will be responsible for working closely with schools that use the myHappymind program to ensure they get the best out of the program. This will include onboarding schools and regularly checking in with them to provide customer support and help. You’ll have a portfolio of schools to look after and be part of the broader Customer Happiness team.

We are all about kindness, flexibility, being yourself and being open and honest here at myHappymind – if this sounds like you – you’ll be in good company. We’re a small team, and there are plenty of times when it’s all hands on deck! You’ll need to be cool with this!
We are genuinely looking for you to grow with us as an organisation. This means the sky is the limit in terms of opportunities for your growth and development.
Required skills and experience:
1. We are looking for someone who has customer service experience and who is capable of managing multiple projects and clients.
2. You’ll have experience managing KPIs and reporting and be comfortable presenting to others.
3. Team leadership will be a definite advantage in this role.
4. We’d love to find someone with experience in an education business.
5. You must be confident to jump on a call with customers, be highly articulate and be a good presenter.
6. You must have good problem-solving skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet customer needs.
7. You must care deeply about customer service and be willing to go the extra mile when needed to delight the customer.
8. You’ll be comfortable working with technology and be able to grasp new systems and technology easily.
9. You’ll be a good project manager and be able to manage multiple competing priorities at one time.
