The Role

The Mx Manager is a key role within the team, focused on supporting the MX Associate Director and MX Executive to ensure the client has the optimal media support in place. Working alongside your Mx Associate Director the role focuses on media planning and activation, ensuring you are helping delivery the strategy and driving Media Experience (Mx) for your clients.

This role is to work on Kia.

Kia are a success story of the automotive industry, posting strong growth over the last 10 years in particular, no longer considered a challenger brand, the traditional big players are standing up and taking notice. Accordingly the brand carry fantastic momentum as we enter a period of flux in the industry, with government mandated carbon emission targets in place and a ban on the sale of new petrol and diesel cars from 2030, everyone needs to think differently. Kia not only have momentum to address these industry challenges, but possessing some of the best Electric technology in market are very well placed to grow even further. Kia is truly one of the most exciting and envied brands in the automotive space right now.

To ensure we are future ready and set Kia up towards 2030, there has been a global repositioning taking the brand to be more purpose driven, adopting a new positioning statement ‘Movement That Inspires’. It involves a new set of behaviours, thinking differently about advertising with an ‘acts not ads’ mantra and pivoting to a younger audience. Additionally, in everything we do, we need to ensure we are continuing a growth mindset, looking for new progressive solutions, testing and scaling.
