We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, talented music tutors to join our Encore! Team. Encore! provide instrumental and vocal music teaching provision at Harrogate Grammar School and local trust schools. Our emphasis is on providing quality tuition for all year groups and all standards of students. We are looking for someone to engage and motivate students ensuring good progress is made over time.
We currently have an opportunity for a peripatetic violin tutor to start in September 2023.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has the ability to teach the specific musical discipline (upper strings) and demonstrates excellence as a practitioner.
- Has excellent classroom management skills and the ability to enthuse and motivate students.
- Has knowledge of relevant music examination specifications.
