Job description

Epsom College, a vibrant independent co-educational day and boarding school on the edge of Epsom Downs, is looking to recruit a Music and Audio Technician Intern to support the Senior Music and Audio Technician and team in the planning, management and installation of the music and audio services to a high standard across the College.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Intern who wishes to gain practical experience and knowledge in sound engineering and supporting live events and productions.

The successful candidate will be working towards a degree or higher qualification in music and sound recording with strong subject knowledge of sound engineering and music audio software. You will have some practical experience of supporting live events and productions.

You will be able to work under pressure and be highly organised. Practical knowledge of health and safety is also an essential requirement. The candidate will enjoy working within a busy school environment and will be hands on in setting up AV and sound for College events as well as supporting our School productions. You will be flexible, adaptable and have a can do approach.
