What We Seek:
The UNM Foundation is seeking a Multimedia Specialist who is accountable for crafting and refining print and digital visual assets that serve promotional and informational objectives for the UNM Foundation. This encompasses generating content across a spectrum of platforms, spanning print, online and video formats. In addition, the position entails executing an array of print and digital media responsibilities, such as creating materials and providing guidance for the operation of digital devices, computers, and software for graphic design and video usage.
What We Require:
- Proficiency in multimedia software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or other industry-standard software.
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience in video editing and production, including knowledge of editing techniques, audio mixing, and color grading.
- Proficient in graphic design principles and techniques, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender) and ability to create dynamic and visually appealing animations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current trends in multimedia design, user experience, and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
What We Prefer:
- High School diploma and five years of experience OR an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field with three years of experience.

Compensation Salary Range:
$43,000 - $48,000
Note: Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualification.
