We’re looking for Multilingual Therapists and/or Counsellors to join our industry-leading practitioner community, providing a range of mental health solutions over live 1:1 video calls.
Clients from our partners will book directly with you via our platform.
Our calendar is two way synced with your personal calendar so it is straightforward to run your private practice alongside sessions with MYNDUP. You have complete control over your own availability - work whenever and wherever you like!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a safe online environment for our clients while supporting them in individual sessions
- Work with international clients on their wellbeing and mental health via MYNDUP platform
- Assess each individual case and provide a tailored support plan that fit their needs and requirements
- Adhere to your accredited body framework and code of ethics in online sessions to provide excellent service and a great experience for the client.
REQUIREMENTS
- Registered with one of the main bodies in your country (for example, the BACP, UKCP or NCS in the UK). We are unfortunately unable to accept student or trainee registrations.
- Previous experience in the Real Estate, Law, Financial Services, Marketing/PR is desirable.
- Already qualified (3-year degree or equivalent) — if you’re still in training, then please get in touch with us after you have qualified and we’d be delighted to consider your application then!
- You find genuine fulfillment in helping others.
- Able to work with 16+years old.***
- Have your own insurance that allows you to work with international clients,
- Happy to work with clients based globally as we operate across all continents.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Availability to commit at least 15+ hours per week of providing sessions through MYNDUP.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written in English) and presentation skills to communicate with a different range of people.
- We welcome applications from everyone but we will be prioritising fluent Turkish, Dutch, Arabic and French speakers.
- Expertise in the following specialisms would be a plus: Neurodiversity, Sleep & Insomnia, Gender Dysphoria, Body Dysmorphia, OCD, Personality Disorders, Conflict Resolution, LGBTI+ Counseling, Menopause, Racial Identity, Workplace Bullying, EMDR Therapy.
*** We work with an organisation called The Prince's Trust, that focuses on helping vulnerable young people get their lives on track. We are talking about 5000 young people, who are unemployed and trying to get back to the workplace, that need support and it's really important for us and our mission that our practitioners are able to support them.
