
Multilingual Customer Support Advisor Remote
Job description
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll join a vibrant faced paced team who are responsible for service delivery to our hosts, guests and channel partners. You will spend your working week split between taking inbound customer service calls and customer emails. You will ensure the concerns of every customer, ranging from routine account enquiries to complex billing complaints are fully understood and resolved, so you must be able to think on your feet and deliver excellence in everything you do.
About the role:
- You’ll be the first point of contact for customers for questions, problems, or any other customer-facing issues.
- We need people who are genuine and caring with great listening skills and empathy to manage a wide range of queries from our customers.
- We want to recruit highly motivated team members that are keen to support the growth of Travelnest and their careers.
- You should be resilient with the ability to stay calm even when working under pressure and enjoy finding solutions to customer problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions over the phone, by email or online.
- Take ownership of customer experiences and outcomes, with full support and guidance from our management and support teams.
- Complete all Customer Support tasks to a high level of service including but not limited to onboarding, guest bookings, cancellations and enquiries
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers.
- Manage, prioritise and resolve different tasks through multiple work streams against targets.

- You have Customer Support experience, a bonus if it is in the technology, holiday or vacation rental sector.
- Fluent in either Spanish, Italian, French or German
- Are able to be flexible to work across various shift patterns on a rota basis (We operate across Mon-Sun, 8 am to 10 pm on a rota basis. For this role, you will be required to work weekends and evenings.
- You have a dedicated and comfortable space to work from home with good-quality wifi.
