Job description
Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Plumbing tasks such as WC installations/repairs, tap replacements, pipe fixes, installing new pipes, bath/shower installation, and leak tracing.
- Painting and decorating responsibilities involving patch repairs, painting, and skimming.
- Installation of kitchens and bathrooms, including tiling work.
- Carpentry work encompassing door planning, skirting installation, kitchen worktops, cupboard repairs, door lock/closure installation, and boxing in.
- Offering handyman maintenance services and attending to various miscellaneous tasks.
- Flooring tasks covering sub-flooring, vinyl floor installation, and laminate installation.

- Hold a valid UK driver's license.
- Are dependable and capable of working independently.

- Are reliable and punctual in their work commitments.
- Possess conversational English skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ideally, have prior experience working with a property maintenance company.
Job Type: Temporary contract
Salary: £200.00-£230.00 per day
