Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £42,000p/annum
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights) - 12 hours
Benefits: Overtime, Bonus, Pension, On site Parking and Training.

Job Summary:
Due to an increasing product demand this client is looking for new engineers to join an established engineering department delivering a first-class maintenance service within a fast-paced manufacturing environment carrying out engineering tasks in a safe and professional manner.
Main Duties:
- Planned preventative maintenance on all machinery
- Diagnose breakdowns issues, deal with unplanned problems and repairs
- Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment, fit new parts
- Communicate efficiently with other engineering and production colleagues
- Responsible for ensuring that good housekeeping standards are always maintained, PPM records keeping, all paperwork completed sufficiently for smooth handover
- Participate as required in the construction, installation and commissioning of approved plant modifications and projects
- Provide daily updates for production meetings
- To promote the company and department in a professional and positive manner
- Responsible for the safety of own activity, and those working n your team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Recognised apprentice trained qualification in an engineering discipline in either mechanical and / or electrical.
- NVQ Level 3 Engineering or City & Guilds Certificate in engineering (or equivalent) or experience within a reliability and maintenance time served apprenticeship.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple engineering tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving skills essential to fixing manufacturing machine problems.
