Job description
- Contract Type: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week
- Salary: circa £47,200, Plus Bonus, Plus Car
- Locations: Crawley Depot (RH10 9DF) and Gatwick Depot (RH10 9AU)
- Days of Work: Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and tenacious Multisite Depot Quality Manager to join and strengthen our highly experienced depot management team.
As a Multi Site Depot Quality Manager you will be instrumental in driving quality and compliance within the depots across multiple areas to include,
- Transport
- Facilities and Property
- Health and Safety
- Environmental
- Customer Service
- Complaint Management
- ISO
You will also provide mentoring and support to our Customer Service Advisors so they can maintain the daily delivery of exceptional customer service.
What we’re looking for
You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of quality, audits and compliance.
You will be a confident communicator with a passion to lead, motivate and manage high performing teams whilst influencing at all levels.
A person capable of decisive and effective decision-making, in a time pressured environment
Someone that really enjoys resolving problems and demonstrates high levels of resilience, self-motivation and flexibility.
You will be analytical, customer focused and highly organised
