About the Role

As our Multi-Channel Ecommerce Executive, you will join us on our journey through fast growth and success. We are looking for a talent individual to join our expanding channel management team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and execution of our online retail strategies across multiple sales channels.

There is huge potential for the right candidate to progress with our company within the channel management function of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple sales channels, including eBay, Robert Dyas, ManoMano, Wayfair, Wilko, and B&Q.
  • Support and positively influence the growth and development of the channels.
  • Collaborate with the channel management team to devise effective online retail strategies.
  • Monitor the performance and health of each sales channel on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively address any issues or challenges that arise within the sales channels and work towards their resolution.
  • Utilise customer feedback, reviews, and inputs from the Customer Service and Creative departments to enhance the entire buying journey.
  • Communicate with the product development team by providing product improvement suggestions based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for enhancing systems, processes, turnover, and profitability.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) marketing initiatives to increase return on advertising spend (ROAS) while ensuring optimal product placements in search results.
  • Plan and execute successful new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in the E-Commerce industry (Required)
  • Proven track record of successful PPC implementations (Required)
  • Proficient in using E-Commerce platforms and related tools (Required)
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious KPIs (Required)
  • Educated to a Bachelor level in a relevant field (Preferred)
  • IT proficiency, with a good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office (Required)

The Rewards

  • Salary - We offer a £26,000 starting salary with a performance bonus giving OTE of £32,000 in the first year, more may be offered in the event of very high performance.
