HELLO…We're looking for a Digital Account Manager!

What will you do?
We are looking for a superstar Digital Account Manager to join the team! You'll be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day relationship on a well-known large retail client, ensuring that all activity is delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest possible standard of service. Given our ambitions and current new business pipeline you will also have the opportunity to work on new business.
As an experienced digital marketer, your interest and ambition should stretch beyond traditional brand communications and you will be driven by a fascination with people; understanding their needs and behaviours in order to produce more relevant communications and experiences. With a key focus on data and brand marketing, you will work seamlessly with the creative, strategy and data teams to deliver informed and successful campaigns.
You will have opportunities to manage and grow the account, learn new things, and extend and deepen your skills and relationships with internal and external parties.
About you
Passionate about creativity and customer engagement, you will have demonstrable experience of managing digital/social media projects within a digital, social media or integrated agency.
You will be a self-starter who is happy to roll your sleeves up to lead and support your team with boundless energy and the determination to get the job done. Someone who is a natural connector who enjoys working with different people across internal and external teams.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and lead your team to brilliant outcomes with your hands on approach. You will be comfortable presenting to clients and have excellent attention to detail.
You will have great knowledge of how to manage campaigns and always on content as well as experience of managing commercials, including estimating, forecasting and billing.
Bonus points if you have marketing experience on a retail or supermarket client!
