Trago Mills (Newton Abbot) - Motorcycle Sales Assistant
Conveniently located just off the A38 between Plymouth and Exeter, our Newton Abbot store consists of over 18,500 square meters filled with over 180,000 home and leisure products.
Job Type
Full Time - 35 hours per week working 5 days from 7
Part-Time - 14 Hours per week (Weekend Only)
Salary
£10.42per hour plus OTE bonus scheme and generous staff discount
Responsible to
Trago2Wheels Division Manager / Retail Store Manager
Role Summary
· To work flexibly, undertaking retail and such other activities to maximise sales, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Relationships
· T2W Division Manager, Retail store management and colleagues
Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities
· Greeting customers who enter the store
· Helping customers find the goods and products they are looking for
· Pricing goods, stocking shelves and displaying merchandise
· Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all fixtures, equipment and fabric of the shop premises
· Responsible for taking cash, card and finance payment
· Advising on stock counts
· Promoting special offers in-store
· Handling complaints or passing them to a manager
· Assisting the company and colleagues by carrying out such duties away from usual areas of work as may reasonably be required
· Prepared to carry out arduous work, either physical or mental
· Willing to take on reasonable additional responsibility as necessary
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience
· Previous retail experience required
