Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with non-complex Collections administration
- Dealing with daily asset related tasks including HPI management covering Keeper Change enquiries, Dual Interest, Cherished Plate, Insurance write-off and other vehicle alerts
- Servicing customer agreements: transactions and adjustments, payment allocation and refunds
- Responding to email enquiries and requests, including requests for information
- Actioning customer requests for copies of documentation or correspondence
- Reviewing credit bureau enquiries
- Reviewing daily/weekly exception reporting and taking appropriate action
- Update customer agreement records as necessary
- Outbound customer and third party contact as required

- Experience working in motor finance industry

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Organized and able to priortise workload
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Competent with Microsoft Office
