We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Calculate and record core and agency driver hours on a weekly basis. Maintain tachograph analysis records and file them in line with the legislation.
- Control Tachograph reports and records of actions required
- Understand and adhere to company and site health and safety rules
- Update drivers' hours, holiday, and sickness onto the appropriate records.
- Ensure all accident forms are completed actioned and filed correctly.
- Carry out any other clerical duties such as photocopying, writing letters, filing and yard checks as and when required
- Work according to the Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) at all times. Adherence to Company health & safety / security policy and procedures
- Cover for the traffic controllers in their absence i.e. during breaks/ holidays/ sickness
- Maintain fleets records in line with company policy and legislation
- Assist the transport operation/office within reasonable request/capability

- Ideally 1-2 years' experience within a transport environment
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
- Ability to follow work procedures
- Excellent organisations skills
- Ability to work flexibly
- Self Management.
