Job description
The role will involve working alongside colleagues within the company and primarily liaising with our customers immediately after a road traffic accident. You will record the accident circumstances and establish liability. Provide our customers with advice in respect of the road traffic accident, explaining the role that NI Accident Management will play in assisting customers following their accident. The right candidate will be passionate about customer service and have strong verbal and written communication skills, as he or she will be required to work closely with our clients to answer questions and explain any delays or complications which may have occurred.
You will also be in regular contact with recovery agents, assessors, insurance brokers, insurance companies and our Panel Solicitors.
This is a full time role and full training will be provided.

The role requires an individual with strong people skills who is able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be proficient administratively especially in using email and excel.
