As a member of the Mortgage Proposition team, you’ll be at the forefront of our mortgages business- identifying and delivering new propositions that offer Real Help With Real Life for customers.
About the role
This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to shape the products, services and communication approach we develop for our existing customers. In this role, you’ll be identifying customer focussed and commercially sustainable opportunities. You’ll assess the implementation complexity/cost, vs the commercial value/benefits of a proposition and see it through to delivery.
You will engage with specialist teams to ensure we are communicating effectively and nurturing relationships with our customers.
You’ll do this by understanding our strategy, using insight to drive ideation and recommendations and use your influencing skills to gain buy in from key stakeholders.
We work on a hybrid basis, and we’ll talk to you more about that in the process.
About you
You’ll need a great understanding or how financial products work, create value and how they are delivered to customers with proven experience of product changes / developments. Alongside this you’ll have;
- Excellent project management skills
- Commercial acumen
- Experience of delivering your work alongside a broad range of stakeholders, with experience of influencing and collaborating at all levels
- Involvement in customer communications and an understanding of customer relations
- Ideally, an awareness of Consumer Duty
