Great full time opportunities working 35 hours per week for Mortgage and Protection Advisers based in South and South West England.

You’ll become a certified adviser who uses specialist Mortgage and regulatory knowledge to help our customers with their Mortgage and Protection needs. With several vacancies across the South and South West of England initially you’ll be based in one of our branches; Weston-Super-Mare, Dorset, Southampton, Bristol, Cornwall, and Crawley but once you're fully competent (typically between 6 – 12 months) you could also enjoy a hybrid role - split between home and branch, so you’ll have a great work/life balance.
What we’re looking for...
- CeMAP (Certification in Mortgage Advice and Practice) to Level 3. (If you are an internal LBG colleague applying we may be able to provide CeMAP funding).
- Passionate colleagues that deliver an excellent customer experience alongside expert advice.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all regulatory and service standards are followed and that customer needs are dealt with compliantly.
- Proactive in engaging with colleagues in your team and local area, working collaboratively to resolve customer problems and identify new opportunities.

Due to the nature of the role candidates will be subject to enhanced levels of vetting and annual recertification.
Working patterns for these roles will be discussed during the recruitment process, we value your flexibility and will do our best to facilitate working hours that are suitable to you, whilst meeting the needs of our customers. Our operating hours are between 8am - 8pm and this will include some evening and weekend working.

This role is considered Certified under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime as either requiring mandatory qualifications or being deemed as a role capable of providing ‘significant harm’ to customers. Due to this, successful candidates will be subject to enhanced levels of vetting, and required to complete a fitness and propriety attestation on commencement in role. Colleagues performing this role will be required to be complete a fitness and propriety attestation on an annual basis and will also be subject to additional routine criminal and credit checks
