What will you do in this role?

As a Content Moderator on the Delivery Team at Concentrix, you will:

• Be an essential component of our client’s safety effort.
• Ensure content on social media pages are appropriate and safe

Who You Are:

As a Content Moderator your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Grade 12 or GED equivalent
• Deep familiarity with internet technology, streaming, internet slang/colloquialisms and internet culture
• Mentally and emotionally able to handle offensive or disturbing behavior, language, and content
• Ability to monitor several information flows simultaneously
