Meeting the needs of our vulnerable residents is at the heart of our Independent Living Team. Our team work hard to ensure that every single one of our residents has easy access to the support and care that they need to remain living independently for as long as possible.

Their need for support doesn't end at 5pm and our small but dedicated Mobile Warden team provide an invaluable sevice, 24 hours a day providing a monitoring and 24 hour emergency response service for our sheltered housing and community alarm clients in the borough of Welwyn Hatfield.

You’ll also be able to build highly effective working relationships with clients and other professionals. Due to the nature of the job, it is essential that you have a current driving licence and use of a car. The post is also subject to a DBS check.
