TDA is partnered with a rapidly growing, successful pan-European managed telecoms services provider, working on 4G/5G telecoms projects nationwide, with major operators including EE, Vodafone, Three and vendors like Ericsson and Nokia.
We are looking to secure a wireless project manager with 5 years+ experience in a customer-facing capacity managing mobile telecoms network rollouts across the South of England, working remotely with some customer and HQ visits, costs covered.
Essentially you MUST possess a broad and competent knowledge and understanding of the various site solutions, emerging technologies, and passive/active infrastructure as part of wireless 4G/5G mobile network rollouts.
You will need to possess good knowledge of telecoms network rollout phases land acquisition, planning, design, build, and operations, managing budgets and providing 1-2-1 team performance reviews.
Academically, an engineering or telecommunications orientated degree, project management certifications i.e. Prince 2, PMP, Dip required, or Master’s degree very appealing.
This organisation has top-tier customers and highly challenging and rewarding projects. You will initially be spending some time working in HQ, travelling to customer sites, wfh when practical.
Tasks also include:
- End-to-end project delivery.
- Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of project.
- Budget, profitability, and costs.
- Process monitoring and improvements.
- H&S and working in collaboration with SHEQ.
- Project reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients on site designs, technical requirements, budget reforms.
- Commercial requirements preparation of quotations, request GRNs, payments.
