Are you experienced in leading a team of multi skilled staff and looking for a new challenge?
We’re looking for someone to lead a team of Gardeners, maintaining high standards of performance safety and security on our estates and always improving services to residents ensuring value for money.
You’ll organise a regular timetable of visits to estates to deliver grounds maintenance.
A key part of this role will be monitoring the standard of work performance, undertaking monthly team meetings, completing 1-1’s and performance reviews and identifying team training needs.
We’re looking for someone who has experience of supervising a team in a similar industry, has grounds maintenance experience, knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations and awareness of manual handling and health and safety in the workplace.
If you have Team leading experience and can demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders to achieve required objectives then we would like to hear from you.
