Job description
We are looking for a Computer Repair Technician with Computer, Mac & Smartphone repair experience who can work unsupervised.
This will be a full-time position, working 5 days a week in a small friendly environment.
Some overtime may be required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing motherboards for computers and smartphones, willing to continually learn and improve themselves.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to disassembly, repair & assembly of all types of jobs booked in such as Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones, Gaming Consoles, etc. PCB fault finding and repair on all types of devices
Assisting your shop front team member when needed/
Keeping the workshop organised, maintained and stocked
Managing every repair, maintaining notes to an extremely high standard and keeping track of it on our job system which would allow our office administrator to make appropriate decisions on quotes, invoices and keeping our clients updated.
Communicating with clients when required either face to face, by telephone or through our jobs system by email and SMS.
Work as a team to maintain a high quality of service which may include other responsibilities when required, including compliance with government regulations and the law
The ideal candidate will have PCB (Motherboard / Logic Board) Repair with at least 1 years experience repairing PCBs Experience with repairing Apple Products, Desktop PCs, Laptops, etc.
Good understanding of electronics design, schematics and datasheets
Excellent problem-solving skills
