Mixed role- delivery driver / front of house / market worker Newcastle upon Tyne, England
Job description
We are looking to fill a mixed role, involving some delivery driving in our small electric van (no special licence required) to our other bakeries and wholesale customers, some work on front of house, some food prep work and setting up and working on our busy market stall at Jesmond Food Market (twice a month).
Your customer service standards need to be excellent, and you'll need to be a reliable, flexible, self-motivated person. You will be representing the company to our wholesale and market customers, so you will need to be someone who thrives on positive customer contact, and to show a friendly, welcoming face at all times.
We are a really busy workplace with an excellent team of committed people. You'll need to show equal commitment, ability and enthusiasm to join the team. We have a very low turnover of staff, so want to find someone who is in it for the long term.
