We are now looking for a receptionist to work within our community-based substance misuse service in Derby City.
The service is delivered in partnership with DHCFT and there is a focus on partnership working throughout the service to support those in the local community who need assistance to achieve their goals. We deliver treatment and support for Derby City residents ensuring a holistic and inclusive approach to recovery.
You will be responsible for carrying out day to day receptionist duties such as covering reception, meeting & greeting service users, taking referrals, giving appointments, updating appointment diaries, data entries, minute taking and other admin related duties.
The Receptionist needs to have excellent time management skills and be able to manage their daily tasks. You will need to have some degree of understanding of substance and alcohol misuse. You also need to be adept at using client information systems, NDTMS, and be able to deliver high competency around data recording.
The working hours are 37.5hrs per week Monday-Friday with the flexibility to cover one late night in the week if needed.
