Our Ideal Graduate:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering
- Exposure to Thermal Power/Technology, Gas Turbine design, operation, repair, service, installation, or commissioning being a distinct advantage.
- Genuine commitment to pursue a career in a technical environment
- Demonstration of drive, tenacity and eagerness to succeed in their field
- Ability and willingness to work from our Service Centre in Leeds without restriction

The 2- year Engineering rotational programme will take you on a journey through Mitsubishi Power; showcasing what we do and everything we have to offer; including working alongside some of the most talented people in our industry.
Powering Up Your Career:
Engineering (Eng) – you’ll become well acquainted with the technology by working alongside subject matter experts on engineering-related projects. As you develop into one of our highly skilled Engineers, you’ll identify the root cause of and resolve technical issues for our customers.
Field Service (FS) – take advantage of the opportunity to travel and spend time on site. Take part in live outages by observing our highly experienced workforce in action and gaining hands-on experience our technology.
Programme Management (PM) – support our PM team by applying what you learn about our philosophy, technology and day to day operations on real projects for real customers.
Supply Chain (SC) – understand the supply chain process and appreciate how intrinsic this function is to Engineering.

Salary: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
