This role also requires candidates to based on-site in either Birmingham or Hatfield
What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting the identification and resolution of issues and defects to ensure delivery to required standard
2. Owning technical issues until resolution including interfacing with the senior technical experts or manufacturer where problems are design related
3. Providing timely and appropriate updates to ensure all parties are kept fully informed and advised of all recommended technical information
4. Obtaining appropriate security clearance to be able to access and work on secure sites
5. Assisting with diagnostics where appropriate working to designated service levels to support our customers

What we would like to see on your CV
1. Ability to obtain relevant security clearance: to be able to access and work on secure sites
2. Previous experience in Mitel technical support / resolving technical issues
3. Judgement and experience to ensure systems availability to the customer to deliver the optimum availability of their solution
4. Able to interface with the senior technical experts or manufacturer where problems are design related
5. The successful candidate must be willing to undergo or already hold SC Clearance, which ideally requires residence in the UK for a minimum of 5 years or British Citizenship
