Job description
Essential Previous Minute taking level required: grievances, KPI's, Sickness polices and investigations.
Brief Overview:
To provide administrative support to the team as necessary including filing, photo copying, answering telephones, sending and receiving messages by email, work processing, logging, acknowledging and distributing post and maintaining manual and computer records.
Duties:
- To raise and close Mayrise tickets.
- To record all driver weight tickets and provide weekly reports.
- To take minutes for stage 3 Sickness, Disciplinary, Grievance, investigations and appeal hearings.
- To book meeting rooms and take minutes of meetings and any other support required.
- To attend monthly forecast meeting, going through and implementing any actions.
- To create summary sheets and ensure they are updates to keep track of the department finances.
- To run reports on a weekly basis.
- To pass incorrectly assigned Mayrise tickets to the relevant department.
- To raise and monitor repairs.
- To record new complaints on the tracker.
- To record tonnage information.
- To Monitor sickness.
- To create and put in place a stationary order process.
- To file paperwork correctly.
- To accurate minutes for range.
- Minute taking
- IT skills
- Good use of Excel and Word
- Confident on the phone
- Previous experience within Customer Service and Administration
Work hours: Monday to Friday 36 hours per week. Office based within East Ham
£16.35 per hour PAYE, paid weekly
Duration: 3 months with the view of extending longer
