Community Wellbeing Worker

Mind in Bradford is looking for a Community Wellbeing Worker to support delivery of the new Know Your Mind Plus service. The successful candidate will have experience supporting people around their wellbeing and a desirable candidate would have strong experience working with children, using outcome measures and working around complex cases in a multi-agency environment.

Salary scale: £11.87 per hour, increasing to £12.63 per hour on successful completion of a 6 month probationary period
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2024
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Base: Kenburgh House, 28 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4QU with some travel around Bradford District and Craven.
Responsible to: Service Manager
Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Pension: We operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto-enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme).
Probationary period: 6 months
