Title: Customer Satisfaction Co-ordinator

Job Type: Contract

Location: Plymouth PL2 2BG (Hybrid)

Rate: 18/hr. Inside IR35

Main Purpose of Role

This is a varied and interesting role with the opportunity to work with all departments to drive the successful and timely conclusion of actions arising from feedback from our customers.

Key stakeholders for this role include senior management and customer representatives; the post holder must be confident and capable of interacting with all management levels and to proactively facilitate the closure of actions within the prescribed timescales and to the customers satisfaction.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage the prompt and efficient response to customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to enable a timely conclusion.
  • Collate information and generate reports to enable accurate portrayal of company performance for Director consumption.
  • Manage KPI performance and present to customer to agree outcomes.
  • Review the joint processes and procedures to ensure compliance, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain regular contact with primary customer counterparts.
  • Support the Business Support Manager with; the collation, creation, and publication of reports; maintenance of various records and delivery of change initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competences

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to competently engage with senior stakeholders across the business and with customer representatives.
  • Proven track record of action management and holding others to account.
  • A keen eye for attention and ability to meet deadlines to the required quality standard.
  • Able to work to tight timescales, changing priorities, and a willingness to be flexible around customer/business needs.
  • Competent user of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of company procedures and practices.
