Job description

Lime Blue Solutions is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer, to join our team.

The candidate needs to be self-motivated and be able to work independently to tight deadlines. Demonstrated experience in producing accurate artwork for a wide range of project types is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creative team in creating consistent, accurate artwork for print, exhibition, web and digital projects

• Accurately interpret and deliver on design briefs within agreed timelines

• Manage design projects across every stage; from ideation and research to pitching ideas and producing final assets

• Create quotes for new projects, liaising with external suppliers and production teams where necessary

• Take key assets from brand guidelines, style guides and existing projects and adapt to suit different applications, sizes and formats

• Create visual concepts and retouch images, ensuring they follow brand guidelines and meet print and web standards

• Export high-resolution, print-ready artwork files and create digital assets to specific sizes and liaise with suppliers to ensure successful production of designed materials

• Create registration websites and apps on internal Event Hub platform - no coding skills required

• Upload resources (PDFs, videos and graphics) and make changes to Event Hub during live events

• Create proposals under the direction of Account Managers

• Execute presentation projects in PowerPoint

• Update the creative team at regular intervals as to the progress of tasks and projects

• Develop key accounts and help expand design client base

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint

• Good attention to detail and an excellent ‘eye’ for typography and layout

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• The ability to project manage, multi-task and handle conflicting deadlines

• Video editing / animating & social media experience advantageous, but not essential

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
