About the role
We are seeking mid-weight graph designers to join our creative team at Eighty, a growing marketing agency based in Hackney Wick, London. Our team consists of designers, photographers and marketers who share the goal of providing innovative and market-disrupting services to our expanding client base.
The ideal candidates should have a positive mindset, be enthusiastic, and possess a business-cultured mindset to manage the pressure of deadlines. We value collaboration, creativity, and thinking outside the box. As part of our team, you will work on a diverse range of design projects for our clients in the commercial property market. This may include marketing brochures, website graphics, email campaigns, and display ad campaigns.
We are looking for someone with a friendly personality and excellent working knowledge of Adobe suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience with After Effects and Premier Pro is a bonus.

Core responsibilities:
· Create high-end collateral for brand campaigns, multi-media design and events offering advice and direction as a senior member of the team.
· Create and convey a story and interactive content that highlights the brand and captures the value of our broad range of solutions.
· Adheres to the brand, however, shows the ability to elevate the design further by using elements based on appropriate project/campaign requirements.
· Expertise in design and layout and being involved in brainstorming and creative development of brand ‘themes’
· Must be able to take up, execute or oversee current projects as well as mentor fellow designers.
· Working with our print partners to create comprehensive print spec packs to explain the artwork and ensure its printing/cutting or application is as intended.
· Work with external suppliers such as printers and production houses to ensure that all artwork is printed and produced to the highest quality standards.
· Comfortable liaising with external stakeholders.
Key skills and experience needed:
· Creative and able to push design within the brand
· Experience working in a team and in a fast-paced environment
· Evidence of project management experience
· Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
· Advanced skills in video (editing, motion graphics) (After Effects + Premiere Pro)
· HTML, evolving web standard skills and IT literacy
· Experience in 3D design software would be an advantage
· Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent
· 6-8 years of design experience in brand
· Knowledge of the commercial, residential and investment property businesses is a must.
