Work From Home and Field Based Role (WFH)
Since 1997 Windfall have been helping new and established brands succeed in the UK. We are always looking for brands with a point of difference, having helped to create the fruit cider category 10+ years ago to making vegetable juice a familiar sight on thousands of supermarket shelves, we love something new, premium and unique! Our sales team work across all the trade channels in the UK, from supermarkets to the licenced on trade, through “Food to Go”, HORECA and contract catering. Our brands can be found in everywhere from Starbucks and The Pig Hotel and Revolution Bars to the staff restaurants of Google and Twitter.
Our team are based across the UK and the Midlands Account Manager (AM) role is home based but with easy access to Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
We want to work with people that are imaginative, not afraid to ask questions, and non-corporate. We are keen to attract candidates at the top of their game who share our passion for food and drink. So, if you are a forward thinking, food and drink obsessed individual motivated towards career development, then we think we have the perfect opportunity for you. You may already be a BDE or catering or bartender/manager looking for a company where you can make a real difference (you will and must in this important role!), or a recent graduate with some commercial experience, and looking for growth and development, we will consider all applicants for this position as it’s the person as much as the experience that counts.
The role of AM will see you representing Windfall’s new and existing brands within rapidly growing categories including healthy snacking, soft drinks, and spirits. You will work closely with our Key and National Account Managers to work with end customers to support existing listings and create new ones across bars, restaurants hotels, coffee shops and catering sites (e.g. The NEC, Nottingham Trent Uni, Aston Uni, Lovely Pubs ).
Naturally, you'll be expected to hit business targets for your customers, but you'll be given great help to achieve this through working with your colleagues and the brand owners where you can help to shape their brand and business decisions. You'll be an active and vocal team player as well as a brand champion who is keen to share best practice with others in the team.
