What we need…
We require a Middleweight Graphic Designer, or a strong Junior Graphic Designer who is ready for the next step up, to join our company.
The role involves work in all areas of our company – principally being solely responsible for the checking, correcting and approving of all advertising material for a range of magazines and events as well as designing and updating in house advertising, both physical and digital formats – as well as to help develop branding, visual identities, marketing, artwork, and other related materials.
Report to: Design Manager
Salary: £24k - £26k, depending on experience
Term of Employment: Full time with three-month probation period. Flexible working from office and home
We want you to…
- Check and process client advertisement materials
- Work on projects that involve graphic design, brand development, and strategic communications
- Manage a number of different graphic design jobs at the same time
- Regularly turn design projects around to meet tight deadlines, without compromising quality
- Be involved in pitching projects that offer bold and innovative design solutions
- Adapt to, and understand, various brand guidelines and house styles
- Manage briefs from other departments and see projects through to completion
- Develop a real sense of ownership of those projects
- Show initiative and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to team discussions and brainstorms
- Present convincingly in a variety of situations
What you should bring to the role…
- 1+ years’ experience in a graphic design role
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- High creativity in concept and artworking design skills
- Ability to respond to briefs by demonstrating original thinking and creative flair
- Ability to cope with fast-paced work, sometimes at short notice
- Great communication skills and ability to work with a wider team
- Articulateness, confidence and assertiveness in presenting work
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Effective time and project management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience of HTML is beneficial but not essential
- Visa to work in the UK

Full time staff are offered the flexibility to work remotely 3/4 days a week and required to be in the London office on the other 1/2 days.
