We operate multiple retail brands including Kwik Fit with over 800 centres in the UK and Netherlands as well as Stapletons Tyre Services which sells over 6 million tyres to trade customers in the UK.

Our primary purpose is to keep drivers safe on the road and we achieve this by being the number one choice for our customers, a leading automotive aftermarket employer and an acknowledged innovator in our industry. We can only accomplish this with great people at the heart of what we do.

In choosing to build your career with us you’ll be joining a dynamic and diverse team striving to be the best.

The role

As Middleware Integration Analyst you will work within the Technology Department, reporting to the Middleware Manager. The purpose of this role is to act as a subject expert and the point of contact for defining and managing the delivery of Middleware Integration solutions across the ETEL Group. The role will work directly with ETEL teams, our technology partners and customers to achieve the agreed business outcomes.

Key to the role is the ability to work across a range of technology and business stakeholders to translate their high-level requirements into a detailed integration design, with approved estimates and a plan. The role will be responsible for tracking and reporting progress as we design, build, test and deploy the solutions.

Another important aspect of the role is to maintain up-to-date documentation and capacity utilisation of Middleware platforms, escalating risks and issues to the relevant teams where remedial or capacity reviews are required.

The role requires a high level of emotional intelligence to influence, maintain trust and manage a wide range of stakeholders. Through these relationships, you will seek opportunities to accelerate delivery while identifying and tracking risks before they escalate to issues and impact the success of the Middleware team.

You will support and provide advice to team members regarding Integration design and best practices in the Middleware tools.

You will be expected to engage professionally at all times and will uphold the highest professional standards of the department and the broader business.

This permanent role is based upon 40hrs/week between Monday and Friday on a Hybrid basis. This would likely include time spent onsite at our central offices in Letchworth or Broxburn, with infrequent travel to other UK office locations as required.
