Job Overview
We are looking for a Mid Weight Creative to join our team and take a key role developing market specific creative concepts from research, cultural insights and in-market trends. This role is a freelancer opportunity for 2 days per week and you must speak fluent Turkish.
Your role will be varied, working from initial ideation through the brief to executional delivery working with a small agile team, but part of a collection of different markets across Europe activating similar activations.
You should have an enthusiasm for the influencer marketing world and for innovations in the social space.
This role is part time, for c. 8 days each month over an initial six month period.
As a Mid Weight Creative, your role will include the following:
- Lead the translation of a market specific insights into fully thoughtful creative social media content concepts
- Assist with industry research and competitive analysis as related to creative strategy
- Consistent search into new ideas to tap into culture
- Craft original copy that embeds brand tone of voice and effectively engages the target market
- Moodboard creation
- Keep up to date with industry and technological advancements, particularly in influencers, digital, and social media trends
- Autonomously manage or lead multiple presentations and creative projects at once, with clients and team members located globally, while adhering to deadlines
- Perfect understanding of the brand and its specificities
Key Skills
- 3 - 6 years of experience in a creative role
- Experience in digital marketing, particularly influencer marketing, to help develop creative strategies for brands or agencies
- Comfortable structuring long proposal documents and decks
- Strong copywriting skills a must
- Experience with photo research and image references
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to pitch creative work in front of clients
- Excitement to be part of a tight-knit yet growing team and industry
