We are currently looking for an experienced Mid Tenancy Property Assessor to join our Property Management team - covering Sevenoaks / Tunbridge Wells area.
Responsibilities:
- To inspect properties noting the general condition of the property
- Complete visit reports using our bespoke app
- Raise any problems including access issues with the relevant Property Manager concerned
- Achieve the objectives and targets set by your Line Manager on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Ensure that all customers receive a professional service
- Deal with and resolve initial client complaints
- Promote other Hamptons Services where appropriate
- Proactively develop strong relationships with lettings branches, Property Managers & Tenants
- Ensure internal controls and procedures are adhered to as per ARLA guidelines and legal compliance
Experience & Skills Required:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance, and \"how a house works\"
- Attention to detail
- Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate Microsoft Office ability
- Previous experience in a similar position or administration role is preferred
- Minimum 1 years Lettings industry experience is required, Lettings Property Management experience is preferable
