Job description
· Job Title: Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Picker / Preparer (Mid Shift)
· Hours of Work:
o 40 hours per week
o Sunday – Thursday / Sunday – Friday (with a day off in the week, approx. every 1-in-3 weeks on a rotational basis)
o 4.00pm – 1.00am (with an hour of breaks)
· Salary: £22,000 per annum
· Bonuses: £2,600 per annum
· Holidays: 25 Annual Days + 3 x Bank Holidays (New Year’s Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day)
· Description: As a Fruit & Vegetable Picker / Preparer, your responsibilities will be split as necessary between picking orders and assisting in the preparation of fruit and vegetables.
· Essential Skills/Requirements:
o To be able to work at a fast and efficient pace
o Feel comfortable working in a cold environment
· Desirable Skills/Requirements:
o Previous picking experience or working in a Fruit & Vegetable working environment however, training will be provided.
