Overview of the Opportunity - HR Application Specialist - Microsoft D365
We are looking for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to optimize the performance of the HR function within a rapidly growing global business.
You will be the champion for the business within IT & HR ensuring that HR business unit has the system capabilities and processes to support the HR team and business needs. You will immerse yourself into the requirements, process design, customisation, configuration and integrations. You will be involved in the full lifestyle experience including: requirement gatherings, design and implementation, business process analysis, workshops, testing and training.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong and proven Business Analyst experience
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication
- Experience working on HR for Dynamics 365 for F&O projects
- Highly IT literate
- Experiencing in Power Apps and Power Automate (nice to have)
- Ability to travel internationally when required
- Ability to produce project documentation for all stages of the project
