The Requirement
We are looking for an M365 Engineer who will focus on Driving modern and efficient working practices through the evolution and continuous improvement of the use of the M365 solutions within the Blinx Technology team.

The Role
Position: M365 Engineer
Contract Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Technology Lead
Location: London
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a small team to support the design, implementation and maintenance of M365 and Azure solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical design and implementation of updates to the current SharePoint landscape, and development and deployment of new solutions as required.
- Troubleshoot issues and raise changes to resolve problems or improve the environment
- Understand core business needs, requirements, and problems to be solved in order to assess the potential adoption of M365 solutions.
- Escalation point for service desk, supporting multiple companies and tenants
Technical experience
Must have technical experience
- Intune and MAM
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and Teams
- Azure/365 configuration
- Azure/365 security incidents
- Exchange Online
- Basic PowerShell commands for Azure/365 modules
- Conditional Access
- Experience carrying out configuration changes
- Documenting processes and guides
- Azure AD Connect sync (Hybrid environments)
Nice to have technical competencies:
- Experience being a global administrator
- Raising and carrying out change requests
- Experience dealing with Azure environments, subscriptions and resources.
- The ability to resolve service issues and identify their root causes.
- Working on projects with defined timelines and deliverables.
- Experience working within privately owned business.
Qualifications

One or more of the following certifications would be desirable:
- Azure administrator (Az-104)
- Azure Infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Nice to have technical experience:
- PowerShell scripting
- Microsoft Purview DLP
- Azure SSO, SAML integration
- Azure app registrations
- Defender for Endpoint
- Experience migrating mailboxes/users/files
- MSP experience
- Teams calling
- SolarWinds N-able / other remote management tools
- Knowledge of patch management
- PIM
- Mimecast/email security experience
Personal competencies:
- Motivated and keen to learn and grow in the role

- Good knowledge and understanding of relevant IT applications including Azure DevOps.
