We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a MI Data Analyst in our Customer Digital team.

The role
- You will help inform the direction of customer contact and experience activity by providing data-based insight into customer behaviour and interactions
- Use data evaluation and statistical techniques to highlight trends, focus areas, measure changes in customer behaviour and help us understand their motivations and actions
- Identify, propose and progress improvements to existing MI solutions to continuously improve the efficiency of production and best use of technology
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics gained within a data analytics role ideally within Financial Services
- Strong experience of using visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Practical knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA or another similar programming language.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively at different levels
