Finance Administrator
£14.00 - £14.50 per hour, depending on experience

A new opportunity has arisen as a Finance Administrator to join our RA within our Blackrock team. We are looking for new members to join our highly dedicated team, delivering outstanding service

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inputting of invoices and payroll data onto our systems
- Assisting in maintaining Foodbuy Online
- Weekly closure of bookwork accurately and on time
- On site responsibility of Financial Controls including Profit Protection Audits
- Tracking of invoices against orders to ensure accurate accruals and prepayments are in place
- Weekly P&Ls completion including analysis of anomalies/issues – flash reporting analysis
- Prepare weekly stock counting sheets for all locations
- Update stock sheets with missing/new products and new prices
- Manage deadlines with Heads of Departments for resolving issues
- Raising journals for business area, ensuring validity of accounting entries and compliance to contract, escalating any concerns to Patch Finance Manager
- Managing the Review and Approve process with the Patch Finance Manager

We’re seeking a motivated, driven and interested finance administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Ability to interpret and analyse numerical data.
- Good Communication Skills
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- To possess knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of Nexus and SAP would be beneficial, although not essential.
- Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
