Position: MHE Trainer

Location: Darlington

Salary: £25,592

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift pattern: Rotational 06:14:00 14:00-22:00

To train staff to the highest standards with the aim of creating a knowledgeable, safety conscious, flexible multi-skilled workforce.

  • To train people to be able to carry out their roles effectively, competently & to the required standard, whilst understanding where their role fits into the bigger picture.
  • To ensure the trainees understand the importance of performance
  • Conduct training using the relevant work instructions
  • Fully document and record all training in a timely fashion, ensuring all records are signed
  • Explain KPI's to staff and stress the importance of accuracy and productivity

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in an operational role and or experience in training, coaching or supervising
  • Excellent communication skills both (written & verbal)
  • PC Literate including Excel Spreadsheets intermediate level
  • Proactive and hard working
  • Demonstrate patience and understanding
  • Self-motivated – Enthusiasm/passion for job/company
  • Good planning skills
