Overview of the Role:
Purpose of the role is to join a team of mechanical and electrical engineers and work as a plumber/pipefitter, supporting the team as required in a niche market, ensuring an elite level of engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plumbing installation
- Domestic and commercial gas service and landlord’s certification
- Domestic and commercial gas installation works.
- Boiler installations
- Gas pipework installation
- Residential and commercial plant room installation works
- Fault Finding
- Heating maintenance
- Sanitaryware maintenance
- Underfloor heating fault finding and maintenance
- Power-Flushing
- Thermostat and controls and wiring installations
- Bathroom and kitchen installations
Qualification Requirements:
(Not all essential but preferred)
- COCN1 – Commercial Gas Certification
- CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, DAH1, HTR1, MET1, CENWAT, G3, Flue liners & Building Regs
- Hot water systems & Safety (including G3 Unvented HWS)
- City and Guilds – L3 and above (or of equivalent)
- ACOP Legionella Certification
Scope, scale, and authority of the role
This is a plumber/pipefitter engineer role which is flexible around the priorities of the day-to-day operation and subject to changes, working alone or as part of a team.
About you
- An experienced, confident driver with the appropriate licensing requirements
- Strong organisational skills - able to log and interpret data in support of engineers as needed
- Capable of using software on mobile devices, interpreting works and documentation for office use, and documenting to learn new skills
- Flexible and multi-tasking, happy to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- In case of an out-of-hours call out, you'd need a can-do attitude

Salary: £33,563.00-£42,178.00 per year
