37.5 hours per week

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident registered Mental Health Practitioner to work for LIVEWELL SW (CIC) within the complex lives system out posted To Harbour Drug and Alcohol services. This will entail, delivering 12 week psychological interventions in partnership with, Harbour, Probation (National Probation service and CIC), Liaison and Diversion (Devon Partnership Trust) and the courts.

Being one of the original 5 TESTBED sites nationally delivering treatment interventions under a Mental Health Treatment requirement, we are now supporting National Roll out and expansion due to its success.

We are excited and proud to deliver the services we offer but this work is exceptional and has been recognised nationally and received the Police and Crime commissioner award. (PCC Award).

Your ability to make a difference to a very hard to engage service user group is up for grabs and are we are looking for the right person to join our dedicated and passionate team.

This post is currently a Fixed Term Contracty
