Would you like to work for a company that provides great training and will actively support you to develop a career in care?

PureCare is seeking to recruit two Mental Health Support Workers (Day Shifts) for Brook House, our newest residential home in Gillingham, within easy walking distance of the town centre and with good access to local transport links. Day Shift hours are from 8.30am.

So…what do we do? In short, we help, support and encourage people with mental health issues to lead their lives as independently as possible. PureCare offers high quality residential and community support services in Kent and Medway and offers the best standard of support for its clients. Wherever possible, our aim is to rehabilitate our clients back into a life in the community.

Do you feel you have the skills to offer high quality support to others? We are looking for people who really do care about making a difference to the lives of others and who are committed to the cause.

As a Day Support Worker you will be required to support clients with their cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, medication, appointments and wellbeing. Day Shift pay is £10.50 per hour.

You must have the ability to work both by yourself and as part of a team. Common sense and flexibility are imperative along with a good sense of humour! No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

We currently have day shift positions available for people who can demonstrate that they are prepared to work hard and be committed.

Should you wish to apply for any of these posts, please send us your CV.

Please note that a Disclosure and Barring Service check and employment references will be required.

Helping to rehabilitate and improve the outcomes for people with mental health issues is incredibly rewarding work.
